Software Engineer – Maritime Division

About the role

Anduril’s Maritime Division is seeking a Software Engineer to develop and integrate software across autonomous platforms. You will work on autonomy, simulation, data processing, payload integration, and off‑board command and control solutions that power next‑generation maritime systems.

Key responsibilities

• Empathize with end‑users and design solutions that balance stakeholder needs, constraints, and requirements.
• Own software‑enabled solutions deployed to customers, ensuring value delivery and reliability.
• Implement rapid‑delivery capabilities that extend beyond current platform scopes.
• Take end‑to‑end ownership of projects, from architecture and design through delivery, support, and evolution.

Required skills

• Experience with autonomy software development.
