Software Engineer – Java, Python, Vue/React

About the role

An exciting opportunity exists for a Software Engineer to join a growing development team in Perth. You will work across both backend and frontend, using Java, Spring Boot, Python and Vue.js or React to enhance an innovative software platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build responsive frontend features with Vue.js or React.
• Write Python scripts and services to support platform functionality.
• Design, query and maintain PostgreSQL relational databases.
• Contribute to cloud‑based development and event‑driven architectures.
• Apply AI‑led development practices where appropriate.
• Collaborate with a skilled engineering team to solve complex problems.

Required profile

• Commercial software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with Python.
• Experience with Vue.js or React.
• Hands‑on experience with PostgreSQL and relational databases.
• Excellent collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.
