Software Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to join Humanforce’s Engineering team and help build a new customer‑facing product. The role focuses on backend service design, data modelling and prototype implementation, delivering a solution that will transform how our clients work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and extend a modular monolith built on .NET with clean product boundaries and multi‑tenant data model.
• Work with PostgreSQL, DynamoDB and an internal SNS event bus for data storage and messaging.
• Design and implement domain services such as shift state machines, audit outbox and eligibility pipelines where correctness and causal ordering are critical.
• Leverage AI tooling to accelerate code generation, design exploration and documentation.
• Contribute to architecture decisions, flag inconsistencies and propose technical innovations.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into robust solutions.
