Software Engineer

About the role

Termina is building a global software platform that helps businesses reduce energy costs and emissions. As a Software Engineer you will join a fast‑growing team to develop both the existing product and new, mission‑driven features.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Co‑founder, CTO and engineering team on current and upcoming products.
• Develop front‑end features using React and Next.js and back‑end services with Python, Flask and PostgreSQL.
• Own end‑to‑end projects and mentor junior engineers as the team expands.
• Integrate machine‑learning and large‑language‑model inference into the platform.
• Build tools that enable businesses to monitor and optimise energy costs and emissions.
• Write test‑driven, maintainable code using Git/GitHub, Jira and Docker.
