Software Engineer (Front-End)

About the role

Tiimely is looking for an experienced Front‑End Software Engineer to design and deliver secure, high‑performance web applications that support real‑time credit decisioning. You will work in a regulated fintech environment, collaborating closely with product designers and back‑end engineers to create intuitive, compliant user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement modern front‑end applications using React and related technologies.
• Deliver end‑to‑end features with a focus on performance, scalability, responsiveness, and maintainability.
• Build reusable UI components and contribute to shared component libraries and design systems.
• Write clean, secure code and ensure quality through unit, integration, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Collaborate with product designers to create polished, accessible interfaces.
• Work with back‑end engineers to define and integrate reliable APIs and data flows.
• Identify and resolve browser inconsistencies, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and front‑end deployment workflows while adhering to financial‑services regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering front‑end solutions in a regulated or fintech environment.
• Strong understanding of how front‑end code supports lending workflows, compliance, and customer outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of feature delivery.
• Excellent collaboration skills with designers and back‑end engineers.
