Software Developer - C# / Unity

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Wagga Wagga, NSW, involves building rendering engines, backend services, cloud applications, real‑time display systems and modern web interfaces. You will switch between Unity rendering projects, C# API development and React/TypeScript UI work for managing thousands of digital displays across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain C# applications, backend services and APIs.
• Build interactive rendering systems and applications using Unity.
• Create modern web applications with React and TypeScript.
• Design clean, scalable software architecture for real‑time and event‑driven systems.
• Develop tools for content rendering, layout generation and animation.
• Collaborate with designers, animators and hardware engineers.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing platforms.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborative development using Git/GitHub.
• Contribute ideas to improve product and development processes.

Required profile

• Strong experience in advanced C# development.
• Proficiency with Unity using a code‑first approach.
• Hands‑on experience with React and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and problem solving.
• Good spatial reasoning and geometry knowledge.
• Experience with programmatic animation, tweening and motion systems.
• Comfortable working with Git/GitHub in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to design clean, maintainable software architecture.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
