Social Media Manager

About the role

FRANKIE4 is looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and expand its digital presence across multiple platforms. You will shape strategy, drive performance, and create meaningful connections with our community of women who value comfort and style.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi‑channel social media strategy for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date content calendar aligned with brand campaigns and product launches.
• Track KPIs, generate regular performance reports and use insights to optimise content and timing.
• Stay current with platform updates, trends and algorithm changes to keep the brand relevant.
• Lead global influencer and gifting programmes, onboarding new creators and nurturing existing relationships.
• Manage the end‑to‑end gifting workflow, set limits and ensure brand alignment.
• Analyse influencer campaign results and refine briefs based on paid insights.
