Social Media & Content Manager (Melbourne)

About the role

We are looking for a creative storyteller to own and grow our social presence and keep our website fresh and on‑brand. Based in Keilor Park, you will combine video production, copywriting and digital strategy to connect our hair‑care community across social platforms and our online store.

Key responsibilities

• Shoot, edit and write engaging video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Manage the end‑to‑end influencer and creator pipeline, from outreach to performance tracking.
• Maintain and update the Shopify‑based website, ensuring brand consistency and timely product launches.
• Analyse social data to optimise content performance and inform future campaigns.
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align storytelling with brand values.

Required profile

• Commercial experience in social, content or digital marketing, preferably within hair‑care or beauty.
• Hands‑on video production and content creation ability – not just briefing external creators.
• Strong instinct for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, supported by data‑driven decision making.
• Proven experience managing influencer partnerships from start to finish.
• Passion for hair and beauty and a genuine love for the industry.
