Soccer Referee

About the role

Centennial Parklands Sports Centre, managed by Clublinks on behalf of Greater Sydney Parklands, is seeking a dedicated Soccer Referee to support its soccer program. The role ensures fair play, maintains a positive game environment and builds strong connections with players, coaches and spectators, in a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all ages and skill levels.

Key responsibilities

• Officiate scheduled social adult competitions on Monday and Wednesday evenings (6pm-10pm)
• Manage match flow, enforce regulations and make decisive calls with confidence and integrity
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment for all participants
• Collaborate with fellow referees and competition staff to support CPSC soccer competitions
• Stay up to date with the latest rules, officiating techniques and industry best practices

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience officiating soccer matches across a range of age groups and skill levels
• Solid knowledge of soccer rules, match procedures and fair play principles
• Accreditation from a recognised soccer refereeing body (e.g. Football Australia, AFC) - preferred
• Current National Police Check
