About the role
ANZ is seeking a Small Business Lending Specialist to join its Business & Private Bank division in Adelaide. The role focuses on supporting entrepreneurs within the Small Business network, helping them start, run, and grow their enterprises through tailored financial solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with existing and prospective small‑business customers via inbound and outbound channels.
- Conduct needs‑based conversations to uncover financial requirements and recommend appropriate ANZ products.
- Provide expert guidance on cash‑flow management and basic lending concepts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by understanding customers' core needs.
- Refer complex lending cases to specialised teams when necessary.
Required profile
- Professional telephone etiquette and strong communication skills.
- Ability to follow a structured roster and operating rhythm.
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to delivering value.
Required skills
