Site Training Coordinator

About the role

The Site Training Coordinator will ensure that all training activities on the manufacturing site are compliant, effective and aligned with Unilever’s operational objectives. You will act as the subject‑matter expert for training systems, manage the learning calendar and support continuous improvement of workforce capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the training matrix, competency records and audit‑ready documentation.
• Identify capability gaps and develop training plans that meet site and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end training logistics, including scheduling, delivery, onboarding and induction programs.
• Partner with the Global Factory Training Team to embed standardized training frameworks.
• Administer the Learning Management System (LMS) – course assignment, enrolment, tracking and digital content rollout.
• Monitor mandatory training completion, flag gaps and escalate non‑compliance risks.
• Prepare regular training reports on completion rates, compliance status and capability gaps.
• Serve as the primary contact for training queries and collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs and leaders.
• Manage external training providers, budgets and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support site recognition program administration.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities with the capacity to work under pressure and autonomously.
• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in coordinating training within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Results‑driven, process‑oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using AI tools and AI agents for learning solutions.
• Hands‑on administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
