Site Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a respected Tier 2 commercial builder operating across Perth. Working closely with the Project Manager and the wider site team, you will oversee daily site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily site operations.
• Drive the construction programme and short‑term planning.
• Monitor safety, quality and environmental compliance on‑site.
• Manage subcontractor performance and overall site productivity.
• Conduct toolbox talks and lead site coordination meetings.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants and client representatives.
• Guide projects through to practical completion and handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on commercial or industrial building projects.
• Experience managing projects valued at $10 million or more.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and subcontractor coordination.
• Solid understanding of HSE, QA and construction compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Construction (preferred).
