Site Supervisor

About the role

Our client, a leading construction and infrastructure contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead daily operations on a major commercial new‑build project in Mandurah. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the project safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on‑site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to specification.
• Manage subcontractors, trades and labour forces, monitoring performance and productivity.
• Track project progress, identify and resolve issues or delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, company policies and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and uphold high workmanship standards.
• Liaise with project managers, consultants and clients to align construction activities.
• Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on large‑scale commercial projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple trades and manage subcontractors on‑site.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
