Site Supervisor

About the role
iContracting Group is seeking a Site Supervisor with a strong safety and leadership focus to oversee its brand‑new Load & Haul project. The role operates on a FIFO 2/1 roster, covering both day and night shifts.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the Load & Haul site, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Lead, develop and mentor crew members to maintain high productivity.
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to keep the project on schedule.
- Monitor site performance and report any issues to senior management.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years supervisory experience in mining or bulk earthworks.
- Current S26 and DEMIRS certifications (essential).
- Strong safety‑focused approach to work.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
- White Card (essential) and Australian working rights.
