Site Supervisor – Interior Design

About the role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to support the design and execution of retail showrooms, office spaces and other interior environments. The role blends creative design assistance with on‑site coordination, ensuring projects meet brand standards and functional goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing design concepts for retail showrooms, offices and various interior spaces.
• Create mood boards, sketches and 3D renderings to visualise design ideas.
• Collaborate with interior designers to select materials, colours, furniture and décor.
• Support space planning and layout design to optimise functionality and aesthetics.
• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for projects.
• Research current design trends, materials and products.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure designs align with the brand’s identity and standards.
• Participate in site visits and assist in project execution.
• Maintain organised records of design projects and documentation.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of interior design principles, space planning and materials.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD.
• Experience using SketchUp.
• Ability to work with 3Ds Max or similar 3‑D modelling tools.
