Site Supervisor (Construction)

About the role

Built is seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to lead construction activities on‑site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, overseeing daily operations from installation through commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Directly manage Built’s on‑site workforce, communicate variations, disputes, and contractual matters to senior management.
• Supervise subcontractors, coordinate suppliers, and schedule material handling in partnership with building management.
• Monitor preliminary costs, attend programme and site meetings, and report progress.
• Review construction drawings, survey plans, and dimension shows for discrepancies and enforce correct dimensions.

Required profile

• Relevant trade or tertiary qualification in construction or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Positive, hands‑on attitude with a willingness to lead and support team members.
