Site Manager

About the role

Clarendon Homes, part of Campbell Property Group, is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the construction of residential homes across Western and South Western Sydney. You will act as the primary liaison for trades, suppliers, and customers throughout each build.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers, building trust and providing clear updates on the building process.
• Manage a portfolio of home builds, allocating trades, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality, compliance, and timelines.
• Conduct site inspections from slab to handover, addressing any rectifications promptly.
• Oversee payments to suppliers and contractors, ensuring expenditures align with budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams (drafting, estimating, permits) and external stakeholders (councils, certifiers) to resolve issues and keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Previous experience in home building construction.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
