Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead commercial and education construction projects across Western Australia. You will be the primary on‑site authority, responsible for delivering projects ranging from $20 million to $75 million.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring programme, quality and safety targets are achieved.
• Manage subcontractors, trades and suppliers, coordinating schedules and performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and facilitate clear communication among all stakeholders.
• Drive OH&S compliance and promote a positive safety culture on‑site.
• Report progress to the Project Manager and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial building projects, acting as the number‑one site lead.
• Background delivering projects valued at $20 million or more.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Trade background or tertiary construction qualifications (preferred but not essential).
