Site Manager for Lifestyle/Retirement Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a landmark lifestyle and retirement development in Wanagratta. You will initially oversee the commercial hub (approximately $5 M) and later transition to managing the residential component of over 150 units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day site operations from start to completion.
• Drive the construction programme and coordinate multiple trades effectively.
• Maintain strong OH&S standards, site compliance, and documentation.
• Deliver high‑quality builds in line with drawings, NCC and specifications.
• Monitor costs, variations and subcontractor performance.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders and customers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (volume building experience desirable).
• Strong knowledge of OH&S, NCC and local building standards.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and meet programme deadlines.
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality outcomes.
• Confident communicator with strong leadership skills.
