Site Manager – Fit-Out Projects $10m to $20m+

About the role

The company is a multi‑state fit‑out and refurbishment construction firm delivering high‑spec commercial projects for blue‑chip clients. They are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple sites, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time delivery of projects ranging from $5m to $20m+.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onsite HSE and quality inductions for staff and subcontractors.
• Maintain daily site diaries, manage key project issues and liaise with statutory bodies.
• Organise site inspections with clients, authorities and consultants.
• Assist the Project Manager with scopes of work and manage defect lists before finishing works.

Required profile

• Trade or building‑related qualification.
• 5‑10+ years of site supervision experience on construction projects.
• Construction Safety Induction (White) card and Senior First Aid Certificate.
• Desirable: Certificate IV in Occupational Health & Safety.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of building‑site legislation, regulations and standards.
