Site ICT Support Officer – Victor Harbour

About the role

We are looking for a Site ICT Support Officer based in Victor Harbour to deliver network and infrastructure upgrades across regional South Australia. The role is hands‑on, field‑focused and involves travelling between multiple sites to install, configure and maintain ICT hardware.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to regional and metropolitan sites to implement ICT infrastructure upgrades.
• Coordinate and execute project administration activities to ensure a consistent and secure network.
• Install, configure and maintain server, desktop and networking hardware across locations.
• Provide technical administration and support for improved ICT solutions.
• Liaise with site managers, contractors and external service providers to schedule connectivity improvements.
• Offer technical advice and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Produce documentation, reports, audit evidence and review findings.
• Support ongoing review and enhancement of ICT processes and solutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting ICT infrastructure and network services in a Microsoft environment.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities across multiple sites and travel regularly.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving mindset with a “get‑it‑done” attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with diverse site personnel.
• Quick learner of new technologies and tools.
• High attention to detail and clear reporting capabilities.
• Current driver’s licence.
