Site Administrator

About the role

ACCIONA is seeking a Site Administrator to support the day‑to‑day operations of the Lumsden Point construction site in Western Australia. Reporting to the Project Director, you will ensure that administrative processes run smoothly, maintain accurate records, and act as a communication hub between site teams, contractors and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the site team, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and documentation.
• Coordinate communication between site management, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment and basic budget tracking.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare reports, correspondence and presentations.
• Maintain executive calendars, travel arrangements and site logistics.
• Organise events, meetings and site activities.
• Track deliverables and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Support compliance with site procedures, policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administrative role within construction or a similar project environment.
• No prior safety administration experience required; training will be provided.
• FIFO experience desirable.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with 3D safety software (training provided).
