Showroom Sales Consultant - Castle Hill

About the role

Bathroom Life, part of Reecce, is Australia's leading supplier of bathroom and plumbing supplies, with over 10,000 people in more than 900 branches globally. As a Showroom Sales Consultant in Castle Hill, you give expert advice on a wide range of Australian and international brands and partner with builders, renovators, architects, designers and retail customers to win new business and encourage repeat trade.

Key responsibilities

• Guide customers and help them choose the right bathroom products
• Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow sales and market share
• Create and manage customer quotes and orders by email and phone
• Use the 3D Planner to show customers what their bathroom could look like
• Visit customer offices and building sites to understand project needs and win work
• Keep the showroom running smoothly and safely

Required profile

• Previous sales or customer service experience and enjoyment of building relationships
• Energetic, proactive and willing to learn, even without prior bathroom experience
• Warm, consultative approach and quick rapport-building
• Open to working various shifts, including weekends
• Interested in developing a career locally, within the network or at head office

Required skills

• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems
• Ability to use the 3D Planner and manage quotes and orders
