Shift Leader

About the role

We are seeking confident and motivated Shift Leaders to run great shifts and lead teams. You will be the steady presence on shift, setting the pace, supporting the team and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the EJ Way and support the team during service
• Keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently
• Coach and train team members to build confidence and capability
• Deliver consistent, guest‑focused experiences
• Support rostering and shift organisation
• Drive performance against restaurant goals and KPIs
• Uphold food safety, cleanliness and WHS standards
• Manage stock levels so the kitchen and service never miss a beat

Required profile

• Experience leading teams in a QSR or fast‑paced hospitality environment
• Calm, confident leadership style that inspires and energises others
• Strong communication skills and a team‑first mindset
• Genuine passion for food, people and guest experience
• Reliability, organisation and the ability to lead by example
• Performance‑driven attitude for restaurant success
• Availability to work flexible rosters, including evenings and weekends
