Services Team Manager - BMS

About the role

The Services Team Manager – BMS will develop and manage the service business across recurring (Preventative Service Agreement) and non‑recurring (Labour & Material) revenue streams, driving financial performance and growth with new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead service objectives, ensuring PSA and L&M contractual targets and operational excellence are met.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, gathering market intelligence for future opportunities.
• Support the management team in formulating and executing service growth strategies.
• Mentor and coordinate the service team, including sales, technicians, coordinators and admin staff.
• Implement and develop account management strategies for targeted industries and markets.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of BAS/BMS with an engineering or technical qualification.
• Proven ability to build successful customer relationships and deliver results.
• Excellent communication, networking and consultative skills.
• Commercial acumen with a focus on customer‑centric, solution‑oriented approach.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS) / Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Engineering or technical qualification relevant to service management.
