ServiceNow Administrator

About the role

The Cloud XDR team at NCC Group is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to maintain, build, and improve the ServiceNow implementation that supports extended detection and response services. This hybrid role in Sydney will help the team iterate and enhance its ability to defend customers from cyber‑attacks.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the ServiceNow subject‑matter expert within the Cloud XDR team.
• Build and maintain ServiceNow workflows and integrations with customers’ ITSM platforms.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and developers to identify and implement platform improvements.
• Support onboarding activities to enable new customers to be monitored.
• Work with engineering to improve the overall Cloud XDR platform experience for customers.
• Continuously enhance efficiency and efficacy of the team through platform optimisation.

Required profile

• Motivated individual eager to work in a fast‑evolving cyber security environment.
• No prior cyber security expertise required, but a willingness to learn about the industry.
• Team‑oriented mindset aligned with NCC’s values of learning, inclusivity and delivering brilliantly.

Required skills

• Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Strong scripting ability (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, etc.).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
• Desirable: ITIL Foundation knowledge.
