Service Technician – HVAC & Chiller Systems

About the role

Join Carrier Global, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, as a Service Technician. You will work for a global OEM, receiving in‑house training on chillers and Building Management Systems while providing on‑site support for commercial HVAC equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine troubleshooting, testing, repairs and preventive maintenance on air‑conditioning systems, chillers and related commercial equipment.
• Take ownership of issues, follow through to resolution and ensure high standards of quality and customer service.
• Contribute to sales growth, market‑share expansion and overall profitability.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, proactive, professional and punctual with a can‑do attitude.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Current and valid Australian driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HVAC systems and comprehensive knowledge of their components.
• Certification: Cert 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
• Air‑conditioning and refrigeration Supervisors licence.
