Service Performance & Reporting Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Measurement & Reporting Consultant to join a high‑profile Enterprise Service Management environment. You will turn service data into actionable insights, supporting better decision‑making, service improvement and operational excellence across a complex, multi‑vendor landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance operational and executive reporting across IT service management functions.
• Produce dashboards, scorecards and performance reports that give real‑time visibility of service outcomes.
• Monitor service performance against KPIs, SLAs, OLAs and XLAs.
• Design and build ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
• Support configuration and optimisation of reporting and analytics within the Service Management platform.

Required profile

• Experience in IT Service Management, service reporting, analytics or performance reporting.
• Proven delivery of reporting solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.
• Understanding of KPI, SLA, OLA and service performance measurement frameworks.
