Service Manager - Multi-Franchise Dealership

About the role

A multi-franchise dealership in Port Hedland, Western Australia, is looking for an experienced, hands-on Service Manager to report to senior dealership management. The role takes full responsibility for the daily operations and performance of the service department, leading Service Advisors, Technicians and Workshop Staff while driving customer service, workshop efficiency and departmental profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily service department operations
• Drive workshop productivity, efficiency and profitability
• Lead, mentor and develop service and workshop teams
• Ensure outstanding customer service and aftersales support
• Monitor workflow, repair quality and workshop performance
• Manage customer concerns and deliver positive outcomes
• Develop strategies to improve service sales and profitability
• Manage departmental KPIs, budgets and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Service Manager
• Experience in automotive or heavy vehicle workshop operations
• Currently based in Australia
