SEO Specialist

About the role

Icon Group is seeking an SEO Specialist to lead the operational delivery of its global SEO programme. This 12‑month fixed‑term, full‑time role will focus on driving patient enquiries through organic search and emerging AEO/GEO strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Optimise on‑page content across all Icon Cancer Centre websites to improve organic visibility.
• Strengthen local SEO performance for each geographic market.
• Refine internal linking structures and identify growth opportunities for both patient and doctor audiences.
• Monitor and adapt to the evolving AEO/GEO landscape and AI‑driven search trends.
• Collaborate with the Strategic Marketing Content Specialist to produce high‑quality, future‑focused content.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in SEO, preferably within a healthcare or related sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Interest in emerging search technologies such as AEO, GEO and AI‑enhanced search.
• Ability to work independently while receiving guidance from senior digital marketing leaders.
