SEO & LLM Manager

About the role

We are seeking an SEO & LLM Manager to own the organic growth and AI‑driven discovery strategy for a portfolio within a leading financial services organisation. You will shape how the brand appears in traditional search results and large‑language‑model responses, turning visibility into measurable commercial impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO and LLM strategy aimed at sustainable acquisition.
• Ensure all portfolio content is discoverable across SERPs and AI‑powered search experiences.
• Translate visibility gains into conversion improvements and contribute to quote and policy targets.
• Lead the portfolio’s response to the evolving AI search landscape.
• Design and govern a content‑entity optimisation framework that establishes authority in AI answers.
• Collaborate with the Digital Community team to embed an AI reputation strategy and address misinformation.
• Act as the primary strategic voice for technical SEO, partnering with website and development teams.
• Oversee content production workflow to guarantee commercial alignment and technical accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop the SEO and LLM specialist within the portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an SEO role with a strong record of driving organic growth and meeting commercial targets.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, including site architecture, performance optimisation, and content strategy.
• Strong interest in AI‑powered search, large language models, and optimising content for AI discovery.
• Analytical and commercially minded, able to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategy.
