Senior UX/UI Designer

About the role

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to shape the future of its loyalty experience across mobile app and web platforms. You will own end‑to‑end design, collaborating with product, engineering and business stakeholders to deliver bold, user‑centred solutions that delight members.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging, functional digital experiences for both app and web products.
• Create UX deliverables such as user journeys, workflows, information architecture, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research—including interviews, surveys, A/B testing and metrics analysis—to inform design decisions.
• Plan and facilitate usability testing sessions, both face‑to‑face and remote.
• Analyse research findings and provide evidence‑based recommendations.
• Perform heuristic reviews and identify opportunities to improve workflows.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems for consistency across products.
• Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and champion customer‑centred design.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer.
• Proven ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience delivering designs from concept through launch at scale.
