Senior Technical Project Manager – Supply Chain & Manufacturing

About the role

We are partnering with a global medical‑device and connected‑health organisation to lead a high‑priority supply‑chain transformation. As a Senior Technical Project Manager you will own the delivery of a complex international manufacturing initiative while coordinating three parallel streams of work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate three concurrent manufacturing and supply‑chain streams, each managed by a dedicated project lead.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of a new offshore factory setup, ensuring alignment with business‑critical deadlines.
• Plan, schedule, and manage inter‑dependencies across all streams, maintaining programme governance in Jira.
• Identify and mitigate risks and blockers before they impact timelines.
• Provide regular status updates and escalations to senior leadership.
• Mentor and support the project leads, fostering delivery discipline in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or equivalent, managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong background in supply‑chain and manufacturing (e.g., sourcing, distribution, factory set‑up).
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high‑priority initiatives under tight deadlines.
• Confidence in handling senior, challenging stakeholders.
• Based in Sydney.
