About the role

As a Senior Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist you will go beyond day‑to‑day recruitment to shape how DHL finds, engages and pipelines the talent that keeps the business moving. You will partner with senior leaders to design acquisition solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Strategise with senior leaders and stakeholders to define and implement talent acquisition strategies.
• Build and manage talent pools for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles across logistics and supply‑chain functions.
• Design and execute forward‑thinking sourcing campaigns to attract passive, executive‑level candidates.
• Conduct market mapping and intelligence to provide strategic insight on talent trends.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and act as an ambassador for the DHL employer brand.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Business Partners and business leaders to anticipate hiring needs.
• Track pipeline health, engagement quality and sourcing ROI through monthly analytics dashboards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior white‑collar or executive search recruitment, preferably within logistics or supply‑chain.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain talent pools and passive pipelines for senior roles.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and advise senior leaders.
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring sourcing effectiveness.
