Senior Solution Specialist – Microsoft 365

About the role

Datacom is seeking a Senior Solution Specialist to join its Information Management and Productivity Solutions team. You will work closely with Australian and New Zealand customers to co‑design, build and support end‑to‑end Microsoft 365 solutions that enhance collaboration, information management and productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Consult, design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Lead migration projects from legacy platforms into the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Advise customers on secure, responsible adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI, including readiness assessments and custom agent development.
• Facilitate workshops, demonstrations and training to build customer capability and drive adoption.
• Provide technical leadership, governance and ongoing support for customers’ Microsoft 365 environments.

Required profile

• Proven consulting experience in an ICT professional services environment.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into practical Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Experience designing enterprise information architectures and implementing governance.
