Senior Software Engineer – .NET / Full‑Stack (Sydney)

About the role

We are looking for senior software engineers to join a fast‑growing tech business in Sydney. The positions are 12‑month contracts with the possibility of extension, and will involve building large‑scale, customer‑facing platforms used by millions across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain .NET Core backend APIs and micro‑services.
• Build full‑stack features with React and TypeScript.
• Implement event‑driven, distributed systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Ensure security, performance and scalability through modern design patterns and SOLID principles.
• Collaborate in Agile Scrum teams and contribute to test‑driven development.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong focus on clean code, strong patterns and thorough testing.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, outcomes‑focused team.
