Senior Software Engineer - Engagement

About the role

Join Easygo's Engineering team to lead the Engagement domain, building large‑scale, high‑volume entertainment products. You will work on complex technical challenges, mentor peers, and drive innovation across a global platform.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and collaborate with adjacent teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Write efficient, scalable, maintainable code in TypeScript/JavaScript and related frameworks.
• Own projects or components from start to finish, handling coding, testing, debugging and troubleshooting.
• Mentor team members, share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to communicate timelines, blockers and project status.
• Investigate AI opportunities to automate team processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5‑8 years of hands‑on software engineering experience focusing on scalable system design.
• Proven technical leadership, mentoring and ability to resolve complex challenges.
• Strong communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.

Required skills

• TypeScript, JavaScript, Svelte, React, Next.js, Vue.
• Node.js, REST APIs, Kubernetes, Design Patterns.
• WebSockets, Pub/Sub, distributed systems concepts.
• AWS, Kafka, Golang, ArgoCD, Datadog, Cloudflare.
