Senior Site Manager - Garden Island

About the role

Lendlease Construction, part of Lendlease's WA business, is looking for a Senior Site Manager to take a key leadership role in its construction delivery. The position sits alongside the Senior Site Manager and broader construction leadership, setting the tone for site culture, championing Zero Harm and applying delivery frameworks to the highest standard. You will lead a team of Supervisors and EHS, providing mentorship, technical direction and operational leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Manage site operations, including all internal staff and subcontractors.
• Handle programme management, sequencing and coordination to ensure timely project delivery.
• Drive site safety and ensure full compliance with WHS requirements.
• Oversee QA and QC across all trades, ensuring high-end finishes and quality standards.
• Lead daily site operations, meetings and reporting.
• Manage on-site communication with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager delivering complex projects, within a Tier 1 commercial buildings project or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades coordination and program delivery.
• A leadership style that inspires, influences and builds capability.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, teamwork and Lendlease values.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities across multiple projects.
