Senior Service Technician – Keysborough, VIC

About the role

Pulford Air & Gas, a leading provider of compressed air solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Service Technician to join its Keysborough team. You will work on a variety of industrial equipment, providing on‑site and workshop support to ensure customers’ compressed air systems run reliably and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled servicing, maintenance and repairs on compressed air equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic faults.
• Respond to breakdowns at customer sites and provide technical support.
• Commission and install new equipment.
• Complete service reports and maintain accurate job records.
• Provide technical recommendations to customers and support junior technicians.
• Uphold high standards of safety, quality and customer service.

Required profile

• Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Electrical, Diesel Mechanic, Refrigeration or a related field.
• Strong experience in industrial maintenance and fault finding.
• Ability to work independently and manage service schedules.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Current driver’s licence and commitment to workplace safety.
