Senior Salesforce Developer

About the role

Handy Finance is seeking a senior Salesforce expert to design, build and deploy custom solutions that drive efficiency, intelligence and customer engagement across its fast‑growing fintech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
• Integrate Agentforce AI and the company’s custom customer portal to enhance service and automation.
• Develop complex integrations with external systems via APIs, middleware and webhooks.
• Implement automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and release workflows.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct peer code reviews.

Required profile

• Over 5 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modelling and governor limits.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Required skills

• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
• REST/SOAP API integration and middleware platforms.
• Automation with Flow, Apex triggers and declarative tools.
• Git, CI/CD and DevOps tooling.
