About the role

As a Senior Sales Partner for Australia, you will shape and execute the sales strategy, working directly with C‑suite leaders at major advertisers and agencies to grow revenue in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key advertisers and agency partners to drive revenue growth.
• Evaluate sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue pacing, translating insights into risk mitigation and acceleration actions.
• Act as a strategic thought partner, helping clients understand Netflix’s vision and co‑creating long‑term growth plans.
• Advocate for the Netflix Ads value proposition and promote platform capabilities to the market.
• Identify and define business challenges, delivering effective solutions that align with client objectives.
