Senior Risk Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Join Bouygues Construction Australia as a Senior Risk Manager to lead risk and opportunity management for a landmark AU$9 billion motorway and tunnelling programme in Adelaide. This role is focused on delivering major underground and surface infrastructure while actively influencing project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project‑wide risk and opportunity management function.
• Develop and maintain risk registers and risk‑management frameworks.
• Conduct quantitative cost and schedule risk analyses.
• Manage contingency budgets and support informed decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, commercial, operational and project‑controls teams.

Required profile

• Extensive experience with major civil engineering or infrastructure main contractors.
• Proven track record delivering large, complex construction projects.
• Practical understanding of construction methodologies, programme delivery and project execution.
• Experience working on tunnelling or heavy civil engineering projects is highly desirable.
