Senior Recruitment Director

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Director to lead and grow our recruitment desk. You will own the strategic direction, build client and candidate pipelines, and drive revenue as a 360 consultant. The role offers full autonomy to run the desk as if it were your own business, backed by industry‑leading systems and support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a cold desk, generating new client and candidate relationships.
• Achieve revenue targets through full‑cycle recruitment across executive search, blue‑collar, white‑collar, permanent and labour‑hire roles.
• Scale the desk by hiring and mentoring assistants or junior recruiters when appropriate.
• Collaborate with bids and tender, contracts, compliance, and back‑office teams to secure large enterprise and government contracts.
• Contribute to the five‑year strategic plan and help shape the business’s future direction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment with a strong track record of revenue generation.
• Ambitious, self‑motivated and ready to take ownership of a business unit.
• Comfortable working independently and making strategic decisions.
• Desire to grow beyond current earnings and seek a fresh, high‑performance environment.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑driven CRM platforms.

• Average first‑year earnings of $400,000‑$600,000 with 80% commission on deals.
