Senior Recruitment Director

About the role

The Senior Recruitment Director will own and grow a dedicated desk, acting as a 360 consultant to build both client and candidate pipelines. You will have full autonomy to run the desk as if it were your own business, supported by industry‑leading AI‑driven CRM, back‑office services and a strategic growth plan.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by prospecting and securing contracts across executive search, blue‑collar, white‑collar, permanent and labour‑hire markets.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, from candidate sourcing to placement and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Collaborate with the bids and tender team to win enterprise and government contracts.
• Work with contracts, compliance and back‑office teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Develop and mentor an assistant or junior recruiter as the desk expands.
• Contribute to the five‑year strategic plan and help shape the company’s direction.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level recruitment experience with a strong network of clients and candidates.
• Track record of high earnings and ability to thrive in a commission‑driven environment.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial mindset and desire for full ownership of a business unit.
• Comfortable working remotely or from the Brisbane/Melbourne offices.
