About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to join a leading Sydney‑based recruitment agency. You will inherit an established technology and project services desk with a warm client portfolio and an active contractor book, allowing you to focus on delivering value rather than cold‑calling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a dual desk covering both contract and permanent technology and project services roles.
• Leverage an existing pipeline of contractors and permanent opportunities from day one.
• Develop new client relationships while maintaining high‑integrity, candidate‑focused recruitment practices.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing team to achieve billing targets and contribute to the firm’s growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technology recruitment, preferably within a 360‑consultant model.
• Strong commitment to ethical, candidate‑first recruitment.
