Senior Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join AMS’s talent acquisition team. In this role you will partner with hiring managers to design and execute recruitment strategies, ensuring high‑quality hires in a fast‑paced environment. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, advise on recruitment best practices, and help shape the talent strategy for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead vacancy intake meetings, define role requirements, sourcing strategy, pay range and timelines.
• Develop and implement attraction strategies aligned with market conditions and hiring demand.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services.
• Provide a comprehensive candidate experience, from interview preparation to onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates using search engines, job boards, social networking sites and build talent pipelines.
• Share market insights and competitor intelligence to support strategic decision‑making.
• Maintain accurate candidate status updates in the ATS for reporting and compliance.
• Ensure recruitment delivery meets contractual obligations and service level agreements.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in legal hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence hiring managers.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast‑moving, high‑performing team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Experience in both in‑house and agency recruitment environments.
• Ability to track and report recruitment metrics.

Required skills

• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
• Candidate sourcing tools: search engines, job board databases, social networking platforms.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis.
