About the role

Join Tecside’s growing blue‑collar team in South Perth as a Senior Recruiter. You’ll step into an established desk with active clients across construction, manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure and industrial sectors, giving you immediate opportunities to connect businesses with skilled tradespeople.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established client portfolio
• Build and strengthen long‑term client relationships
• Source, screen and interview skilled trades candidates
• Manage offers, onboarding and placement outcomes
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
• Develop new client relationships and business opportunities
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network
• Take ownership of your desk and drive your own results

Required profile

• 2+ years’ experience in Recruitment, Labour Hire, Account Management, Business Development or Sales
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Proactive, commercially minded approach
• Confidence to build relationships and identify new opportunities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Genuine desire to grow career and earnings
• Experience in Trades, Blue‑Collar, Labour Hire or Industrial Recruitment is highly regarded
