About the role
FleetPartners is seeking a Senior Purchasing Officer to lead the end‑to‑end vehicle ordering process and support the Purchasing team. This senior position blends supply‑chain management with financial services, ensuring timely delivery of customer vehicles and smooth settlement activities.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the full vehicle order lifecycle, from supplier coordination to delivery and PPSR registration.
- Proactively follow up with dealerships, schedule deliveries, and minimise missed or delayed deliveries.
- Resolve order escalations, engage internal stakeholders and maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS).
- Support and develop the Purchasing team through coaching, onboarding, cross‑training and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Identify and implement process and system improvements to streamline operations.
- Deliver against agreed SLA’s and KPI’s while upholding professionalism and accountability.
Required profile
- Proactive, detail‑oriented professional thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong operational knowledge of dealership and third‑party processes.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritise, problem‑solve and manage complexity with confidence.
