Senior Project Manager – Voice of Customer Program

About the role

We are partnering with a leading Australian organisation to deliver a high‑profile Voice of Customer (VoC) transformation. As Senior Project Manager you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of this strategic initiative, guiding it from discovery through to implementation across Sydney or Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of the VoC transformation programme, including discovery, planning, delivery and implementation.
• Oversee platform implementation and associated data migration activities.
• Engage and manage senior business, technology and executive stakeholders throughout the programme.
• Maintain project governance, manage risks, budgets, reporting and delivery milestones.
• Translate customer insights and analytics into concrete project outcomes.
• Champion a customer‑first mindset across all workstreams.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience delivering Voice of Customer or broader Customer Experience programmes.
• Superannuation industry experience with knowledge of member journeys, regulatory obligations and vendor ecosystems (essential).
• Strong background in technology implementation and data migration projects.
• Demonstrated ability to engage senior executives and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Hands‑on delivery style with capacity to move between strategic planning and day‑to‑day execution.

Required skills

• Experience with Voice of Customer platforms such as Qualtrics.
• Data migration expertise.
• Platform implementation experience.
