Senior Project Manager – SaaS Implementation

About the role

Auditdata is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of tailored SaaS solutions for its clients. You will manage projects from pre‑sale activities through integration and development, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to successful delivery, in line with the Statement of Work.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and managing expectations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to estimate scope, build detailed plans, allocate resources, manage risks, and control budgets.
• Coordinate delivery across international teams, providing regular updates on status, timelines, and budget.
• Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience managing software development and delivery projects.
• Proven ability to deliver large‑scale solutions such as ERP or CRM systems.
• Experience working with global enterprise clients and international partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized, results‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
